Maureen Cronin is an organizational development and communication strategist who partners with boards, senior executives, and foundation leaders to build highly effective organizations, and to strengthen their focus on their social impact. She is also a personal leadership coach. After leading Worldways to its standing as one of the top social marketing agencies in the world, a 3-time Inc. 5000 award recipient, and one of just 2100 Certified B-Corps globally, Maureen knows how to build social purpose-driven enterprises. Success is about more than giving back, its about finding and amplifying the powerful market opportunities at the intersection of mission and margin. Maureen is adept at helping organizations and their leaders amplify their social impact, and their performance, with realistic effort. She also helps emerging and non-traditional leaders accelerate their personal success.

Maureen has provided strategic and communication guidance to more than a hundred purpose-driven organizations around the world, including NGOs, foundations, government agencies and social enterprises. She is very active in home state Rhode Island, including with the Rhode Island Departments of Health and Education, the van Beuren Charitable Foundation, the Newport Open Space Partnership, and others. This work has spanned health equity, environmental preservation and conservation, early childhood development, and economic opportunity.

Maureen is dedicated to community involvement. She is a founding chancellor of the international Opportunity Collaboration for Poverty Alleviation, Chair of the Newport Tree and Open Space Commission, a member of the board of the Newport Tree Society, a founding investor in the International Social Marketing Association, a founding investor in the Impact Hub, and a legacy member of Social Venture Network.

Mark Marosits

Mark Marosits is social marketing and social innovation strategist who partners with boards, senior executives, and foundation leaders to accelerate the impact of their initiatives and organizations. After spending more than two decades engaged globally with over 200 noteworthy nonprofit organizations, public health agencies, social enterprises and foundations, Mark knows what it takes to create campaigns and develop organizations that change people and places for the better. It’s more than a sound strategic plan. It’s an innovative approach and creative communication that brings the plan to life. Mark is expert at helping visionary, purpose-driven organizations realize bold goals, often faster than they imagined possible.

Mark has been an advisor on behalf of the Centers for Disease Control, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Clinton Global Initiative, the American Public Health Association, and hundreds of others on four continents, including many in home state Rhode Island. This work has spanned health and health behavior change, the environment, education and early childhood development, and poverty alleviation.

Mark is committed to both the people and practice of social marketing, social enterprise and social innovation. He is a founding investor in the International Social Marketing Association, and a member of two Social Marketing Association of North America committees. He is founding investor in the Impact Hub, Boulder and a member of the board of Social Enterprise Greenhouse, and a legacy member of Social Venture Network. He is a founding chancellor of the Opportunity Collaboration for Poverty Alleviation, and a member of the board of the Harrington School of Communication and Media at the University of Rhode Island.

Mark holds a BS degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island, an MS degree in health organization and systems from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He is widely published, cited, and a frequent keynote speaker and strategic planning and communication workshop facilitator.
